Once you have submitted your order, we will confirm your order via email.

Then we send you your order and you send us your payment by cheque, money order or bank draft (international orders, bank draft only).

Include the number of copies you wish to order and we will send you your order along with an invoice.

For orders of 5 or more books, we will contact you with the exact price and request your confirmation of the order and the price including taxes, duties and shipping, then we will send your order.
